Is my data safe?
Yes. Your bot only processes data you provide — menus, FAQs, product info. We do not read end-user chat history. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your bot is yours — not shared with any other vessel.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. The activation process only requires: open BotFather on Telegram → create a bot → copy the token → paste it into MyClaw → choose a skill pack → done. It's as easy as sending a Telegram message.
How does pricing work?
The Free plan is completely free, limited to 100 messages/day with 1 basic skill pack. Pro plan at 299,000₫/month: unlimited messages, all skill packs, custom bot personality. Business plan at 899,000₫/month: up to 5 vessels, dedicated support. See full details on the Pricing page.
Is it only available on Telegram?
Currently MyClaw supports Telegram. It's the most popular choice for AI agents because of its strong security, no ads, and open API for developers. We're building support for additional channels — stay tuned for updates.
What data does MyClaw store?
We store: (1) your account info (email/name), (2) vessel configuration (skill pack, bot name, encrypted token), (3) aggregated usage stats (no chat content). We never store the conversation content between your bot and end users.
How do I cancel?
Message our Telegram Support @grey_agenticAI and request a cancellation. No long forms to fill out. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access until the end of the paid month.
